Why I Dive: The wonder, beauty, serenity of being underwater is spectacular!! I dive because it feeds my soul.
Why I Instruct: I instruct because it is my deepest passion to educate people about the importance of becoming better stewards of our marine environments. We live on a blue planet. We must act with intention to protect, preserve and restore our oceans in order for them to sustain life.
If I Could Dive Anywhere: I would dive everywhere!! I’ve had the privilege to dive in many amazing places, and many more remain on the list, including: Kona, Antarctica, Cayman Islands, Iceland, and Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.
My Favorite Type of Diving: I love diving in the kelp forests of Northern California, as well as any vital reef where the schools of fish are huge. I enjoy hanging out in the middle of a giant school of fish!
